Left Bracket Junior Audit Right Bracket

The Junior Audit should be completed during the second semester of your junior year, after you have earned approximately 75 credit hours.

Purpose

The purpose of the Junior Audit is to verify those graduation requirements the student has already completed as well as those graduation requirements that remain to be completed. It is in the student's best interest to file a Junior Audit well before their senior year. Otherwise, their application for graduation may be rejected because they have overlooked a requirement.

Procedure

  1. Obtain the current Junior Audit form for Most likely, you will use the current form but, if it would be to your advantage to use the form that was in effect the year you were admitted, please see your advisor for help in finding the proper form.
  2. Fill out the Junior Audit form in close consultation with your Computer Science advisor. Both you and your advisor will sign the form, and your advisor will submit the signed form to the College of Arts & Sciences for verification.
  3. The College of Arts & Sciences will verify your Junior Audit form and send you an official letter.
